We invite you to our work conference ARTIST CAREER FORUM II: Strategies for Diversity Transformation Processes in Cultural and Educational Institutions. The event is being held by Artist Training (UdK Berlin Career College), Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, the Global Board (Landesmusikakademie and Musikland Niedersachsen gGmbH) and INTRO (Behörde für Kultur und Medien Hamburg).
In two blocks, the topics "Exclusion Mechanisms in Cultural and Educational Institutions" and "Accessibility in Work Processes" will be presented with brief input sessions and followed by workshops. Both blocks are aimed at those with and without experience of forced migration, who are involved in the cultural and educational sectors and are committed to diversity and equality. Funding opportunities for the ideas generated will be discussed after the workshops.
The conference is aimed, in particular, at artists, representatives of funding institutions, jury members and other decision-makers. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to share their results from the workshops and exchange ideas.
