In Early October we had the chance to realize a hands-on learning event for team leadership with Proakatemia coach Hanna Saraketo, an experienced coach from Finland’s Proakatemia, and Sade Elo, an accomplished team entrepreneur. With their extensive knowledge in self-directed learning and team dynamics, they guided the participants through practical leadership skills to help you lead teams with confidence and purpose.

Day 1: The Power of Teams – Going Beyond the Sum of Their Parts (10:00 - 17:00)

• Discover the synergy of teamwork and how to unlock the collective potential of your group.
• Learn how leaders build trust to foster a strong, cohesive team environment.

Day 2: Building Psychological Safety in Teams (10:00 - 17:00)

• Understand how to create a safe space for team members to thrive.
• Learn how to turn personal learning contracts into team contracts, ensuring mutual commitment.
• Explore team roles and how to construct a balanced, effective team.

Day 3: The Art and Act of Providing Feedback (10:00 - 14:00)

• Learn the delicate art of giving constructive feedback that inspires growth and improvement.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for students, alumni, and academic staff interested in improving their leadership capabilities. Whether you're aiming to become a Head of Department, a team coordinator, or a CEO, these practical skills are applicable across film, entrepreneurship, and any collaborative setting. All disciplines welcome!
