Film and Television Production

The Film and Television Production B.A. program of Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF provides students with the artistic and practical as well the scientific and theoretical skills they need for production and management careers in the audiovisual media industry.

In addition to practical training, students receive knowledge about media technology, economics, law, and politics. Teaching is based on current industry standards to meet the requirements of professional practice.

Numerous interdisciplinary film projects allow students to assume different responsibilities in film creation and production and, thus, to gain practical experience. This includes involvement in story development, preproduction, putting a team together, and the organization of shoots and postproduction procedures. Many of the films created in these projects are screened at national and international festivals.
