Admission Criteria
Students who wish to be admitted to the program must meet the admission criteria and successfully prove their eligibility to enroll. The assessment of applicants' (artistic) eligibility encompasses the pre-selection process and the admission test, both of which will be conducted according to the applicable regulations and statutes. Applications are accepted only once a year for the winter semester.
B.A. Programs
Applicants to undergraduate programs of the Film University must hold a general or specialized university entrance qualification certificate or an equivalent university entrance qualification certificate complying with §9 of the Brandenburg Higher Education Act (BbgHG) and meet the program-specific admission requirements.
M.A. Programs
Applicants to M.A. programs of the Film University must have successfully completed their first degree program qualifying for a profession (at any type of university) that complies with §9 of the Brandenburg Higher Education Act (BbgHG) and meet the program-specific admission requirements.
