Gründungsservice START

The Gründungsservice START offers comprehensive support for start-ups. We support your creative independence and your entrepreneurial skills with start-up advice, coaching and workshops. The START start-up service is available free of charge to students, academic staff and alumni of the Film University over the past seven years as well as their team partners.

Gründungsservice START is funded by the European Union and the state of Brandenburg.

 

The right support for your creative self-employment

Would you like support for your start-up idea? Do you want to develop the entrepreneurial mindset to get started independently in the media and creative industries? Do you want to determine your own (sustainable) goals for your future and your start-up? Our services will support you with this:

  • Structuring the start-up idea in initial and follow-up consultations with our team
  • Coaching and training in the start-up phase for anyone looking to set up a new business
  • Workshops, seminars & presentations for those interested in starting a business
  • Supplementary advice from external coaches
  • Access to various funding programs (especially for technology-oriented start-ups)
  • Application for the EXIST start-up grant
  • Preparation for the MediaTech Hub Accelerator

All offers and consulting services are free of charge.

The START start-up service is part of the state-wide Gründen in Brandenburginitiative and is closely networked with the other players in the program. The aim is to jointly contribute to the further development of a culture of self-employment and entrepreneurial thinking and to support new, promising self-employment in the state of Brandenburg.
