The Program
How can you, as a female / FLINTA* founder, improve your negotiation performance and optimize your negotiation results?
While some people love to solve negotiation conflicts, others try to avoid it or put a quick end to it with mostly "lazy" compromises. After all, negotiating is not a skill that you have or don't have but can be improved by using a systematic negotiation approach.
In the workshop, the founders learn about structured negotiation management in order to reach their negotiation goals. There are simple tools and methods from science that can be applied in any negotiation situation, provide structure and give negotiators confidence during the negotiation process.
In addition to the theoretical basics, the workshop will focus on the practical application of the content and interactive discussions.
Our guest Dr. Patricia Oehlschläger will lead us in the field of negotation strategy and provide you great take-aways like:
- Discover the benefits of managing negotiations based on the STAR approach
- Get to know the latest findings from negotiation research
- Analyze power, alternatives, and business relationships to derive a suitable negotiation strategy
- Understand people, their interests, motives, and needs
- Define negotiation issues and create win-win solutions
- Reach your objectives with optimal goal-setting
- Identify deficits in your own negotiation behavior and address them with specific solutions
