ENCOURAGE Film Talents aims to celebrate meeting places and networking opportunities for emerging filmmakers in the DACH region. The focus will be on fostering connections among participants as well as with the film industry, promoting professional careers, and providing new perspectives.
With the ENCOURAGE Film Talents Get Together, the program seeks to address the absence of the former reception of German film schools at the Berlinale and the newly missing "Perspektive Deutsches Kino" section, which will not take place at the Berlinale for the first time in 2024.
