Workshop: Business Model Development for Creative FLINTA with Effectuation
Are you a creative thinker looking to develop your own business model but unsure where to start? In this workshop, you will learn about the Effectuation approach—a method that builds on your existing resources, strengths, and networks. Instead of rigid business plans, we use creative techniques to take the first steps towards implementation.
This workshop is designed for FLINTA individuals (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people) who want to turn their ideas into a sustainable concept.
Hybrid Format:
- Online participants will receive interactive tools in Miro.
- On-site participants will work with creative paper templates.
The session will be led by Jörn Krug, Startup Coach and Head of the Entrepreneurship Service, who will guide you through the process with hands-on methods. Whether you have a concrete idea or are just curious, this workshop provides you with the tools to shape your business model from your own resources.
Join us and start building your business from what you already have!
About the NOISE* EXIST Women program:
The community and scholarship program runs from January to December 2025 and we will announce further community event dates (every two weeks). The event will also provide information about the individual financial support opportunities offered by the NOISE* scholarship. You can find out more about this and the call for applications on our website in advance. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to: noise-exist(at)filmuniversitaet.de.
NOISE* EXIST-Women is an Initiative by Filmuniversitaet Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, financed by Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz(BMWK).
This new funding program aims to support women / FLINTA in the development of creative business ideas. The program offers support in the form of grants, financial support for material resources, mentoring and coaching as well as access to co-working spaces. As part of this, the start-up service will host a series of community events on campus for women* / FLINTA founders to share ideas and work together on solutions. This community is open to all women* / FLINTA students, staff, alumnae and partners of the Film University.
FLINTA* is a German abbreviation that stands for "Frauen, Lesben, Intergeschlechtliche, nichtbinäre, trans und agender Personen", meaning women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people.
The deadline for NOISE* scholarship application was 20th of February 2025.
