The major online career event at the Potsdam Universities returns for the eights time on July 01, 2026.
If you're looking for talented interns, committed working students, recent graduates, future leaders, students seeking Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis topics, or even researchers for R&D projects, this is the perfect event for you.

Meet young talents from the University of Potsdam in virtual one-on-one conversations and attract them to your company or institution.

You’ll have the opportunity to schedule introductory digital meetings — and continue using the platform as a talent book in the weeks that follow.
Please register as soon as possible and bindingly on the website listed above.
How does Matching Day work? – Roadmap
- After registration, we will create your profile on our event platform b2match.
- You’ll introduce your company/institution on the platform through a detailed profile, outlining your needs and posting any current openings on our Job Wall.
- Based on experience, your future team members respond better to video content. That’s why we offer the opportunity to present your organization in a short pitch video. This will be recorded via Zoom and made available to participants in advance for a first impression.
- Interested talents will view your profile and can request introductory meetings ahead of the event. At the same time, you can browse the list of registered participants and contact candidates who interest you.
- To prevent technical issues, a mandatory tech check will be offered for all participating employers — scheduled early enough to resolve any issues before Matching Day (in May).
- On Matching Day, you’ll meet the people behind the profiles in 20-minute video calls. Feel free to invite colleagues from specific departments to join the meetings — and finally decide:
