Join us on August 29th, 2025 10:00 - 1:00, for an intensive online workshop with our speaker Jörn. Refine your startup idea and business plan with guidance from mentors and peers, increase your chances for EXIST and other funding programs.

In this session, you will not only receive an introduction to EXIST funding. We will also immediately start working with you on your project. This time with these topics:

  • How to conduct a competition analysis and clearly define your unique selling proposition
  • Target group definition: Identify and apply the sociodemographic and psychographic characteristics of your early adopters
  • Market entry strategy: Plan concrete steps for entering the market, including sales activities, strategic partnerships, and required certifications
  • Pricing model & funding concept: Develop a solid and well-justified pricing strategy and explore potential financing options
  • Requirements for sound financial planning: Learn how to build a clear profit & loss statement including revenue forecasts up to break-even
  • Hands-on support & feedback: Get direct help with your draft texts and receive feedback on your business idea
