Join us on June 27th, 2025 10:00 - 1:00, for an intensive online workshop with our speaker Jörn. Refine your startup idea and business plan with guidance from mentors and peers, increase your chances for EXIST and other funding programs.

In this session, you will not only receive an introduction to EXIST funding. We will also immediately start working with you on your project. This time with a focus on "Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy". The topics will be:

  • Receive guidance and feedback from mentors and peers to prepare for the final pitching session.
  • Learn how to do a market plan and how to get your data
  • Gain insights into your market and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop competitive strategies to differentiate your startup in the market
  • Testing & Interviews
  • TAM, SAM & SOM - How to describe market size & to apply these metrics to your own project
