These monthly meetings are organized and run by members of the NOISE* community themselves. The focus here is on skill sharing and co-working. This is an opportunity to meet other FLINTA who work in creative fields and want to pursue an entrepreneurial path. This event is open to all women* / FLINTA students, staff, alumni and partners of the Film University. New participants are welcome!

The program
NOISE* E❌IST-Women is an initiative by Filmuniversitaet Babelsberg KONRAD WOLFfunded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). This new program aims to support women / FLINTA in the development of creative business ideas. The program offers support in the form of grants, financial support for materials, mentoring and coaching as well as access to co-working spaces. As part of this, the start-up service hosts a series of community sessions on campus. NOISE* aims to encourage all participants to develop more competitive offerings, counteract the gender pay gap and create better opportunities for follow-on funding and investor readiness.
