In 2016 Monstööswas selected for the Startbüro Babelsberg grant with the pre-production of the AnimaDok project "Wer war Dr. Dr. Lustig" and was supported by the Film University and its partners Medienboard, ILB and Studio Babelsberg. The historical project will be the studio's first feature film. The team was also involved in a contribution to the Venice Biennale. Monströös received coaching from the start-up service in 2016 and set up in Potsdam in spring 2017.
Studio Monströös
Studio Monströös combines digital and traditional animation film techniques and translates them into image, sound and music. The international team of diverse, individual talents brings together numerous freelance experiences to produce projects together.
