Prof. Dr. Marion Jenke

After studying literature, journalism and psychology at the Free University of Berlin, Marion Jenke worked in communications and PR. While working on her dissertation (on the career paths of university graduates and the quality of studies at the former University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf"), she worked in media research at UFA and focused on method-oriented analyses (e.g. web monitoring, audience ratings, online panels, group discussions), youth protection and gender issues (audiovisual diversity in front of and behind the camera). She is now responsible for organizational policy issues and topics relating to good working and learning environments. This includes accessibility, mental health and feedback culture.

Marion Jenke has been an honorary professor at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF since 2020. She publishes on various topics, e.g. on the career paths of women or the exchange between media research and development departments.
