These monthly meetings are organized and conducted by members of the NOISE* community itself. The focus here is on skill sharing and co-working. This is an opportunity to meet other FLINTAs working in creative fields and looking to pursue an entrepreneurial path. This event is open to all women / FLINTA students, employees, alumni, and partners of the Film University. New participants are warmly welcomed!
NOISE* E❌IST-Women is an initiative of the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK). This new funding program aims to support women / FLINTA in developing creative business ideas. The program offers support in the form of scholarships, financial support for material resources, mentoring and coaching, as well as access to co-working spaces. As part of this framework, the founding service organizes a series of community sessions on campus. NOISE* aims to encourage all participants to develop more competitive offers, counteract the gender pay gap, and create better opportunities for follow-up financing and investor readiness.
