Background:
NOISE* EXIST-Women is an initiative of the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK). This new funding program aims to support women / FLINTA in developing creative business ideas. The program offers support in the form of scholarships, financial assistance for materials, mentoring and coaching, as well as access to co-working spaces. As part of this, the Founders Service organizes a series of community sessions on campus. NOISE* aims to encourage all participants to develop more competitive offers, counteract the gender pay gap, and create better opportunities for follow-up financing and investor readiness.
