We all have resilience and psychological strength, but there are phases in life when you need more of it than usual. In this workshop we look at what resilience is, how to recognize, nurture and increase your own resilience. Resilience and psychological strength are closely related, we will talk about it in detail and find out what the current situation is and what each individual can do to develop resilience and look optimistically into the future.
